Value-based commercialization

Pricing built around the train, the site, and the outcome.

Bioseon is recurring SaaS for autonomous biologics operations: start with one bioreactor or purification skid, expand to a whole facility, then align enterprise contracts to measurable value.

$13k → $85k → custom

Land on a line. Expand across the facility.

Commercial motion combines per bioreactor or skid, whole-site, and outcome-linked pricing, designed for land-and-expand net revenue retention.

Choose the operating scope that matches your manufacturing objective.

Each tier is designed for CDMOs and biopharma manufacturers running GMP biologics capacity.

Value-based pricing, explained simply.

Bioseon prices around controlled manufacturing assets because the value is generated in the train and across the site. We measure expansion by yield, deviation reduction, review speed, contamination avoidance, and facility utilization.

  • Recurring SaaS with bioreactor or skid anchors
  • Site subscriptions for complete autonomous operations
  • Outcome hybrid terms for enterprise value capture
COMMERCIAL MODEL

SaaS plus outcomes. Predictable base fees with room to align on value.

EXPANSION

Land and expand. Prove one train, then standardize across the site.

The economics come from better batches and fewer interruptions.

Titer and yield

Closed-loop feed, gas, and purification decisions help more batches land near target productivity.

Contamination avoided

Live risk fusion can protect suite time and product value before a batch is lost.

Deviation reduction

Fewer uncontrolled drifts reduce investigations, reprocessing, and QA load.

Consumables

Media, resin, filters, and single-use assemblies are controlled against actual process state.

Onboarding and deployment follow a validated path.

  1. 01

    Scope the asset

Pick the bioreactor, fermentation line, purification skid, or site scope and define the target outcomes.

  2. 02

    Connect data and controls

Integrate historian, PAT, MES, DCS, and quality records inside approved boundaries.

  3. 03

    Run in shadow mode

Calibrate soft sensors and recommendations against historic and live batches.

  4. 04

    Close the loop

Move into controlled action with audit trails, human override, and review by exception.

Extend the deployment where regulated operations need depth.

Bioprocess edge fleet

Managed edge compute for resilient plant-floor autonomy and low-latency control.

Custom models

Cell-line, process, and CQA models tuned to your history and target specifications.

Validation support

Documentation, test evidence, and implementation support for GMP change control.

Premium SLAs

Response, uptime, and governance options for critical manufacturing programs.

$700k–$8M ACV

Enterprise lands around multi-site value.

Contracts can combine base SaaS, validation support, edge fleet operations, premium SLAs, and outcome-linked expansion.

Enterprise is for manufacturers standardizing autonomy across sites.

Use enterprise when you need Bioseon across modalities, facilities, and process families with deeper governance.

Common pricing questions.

Is Bioseon priced per user?

No. The product performs regulated manufacturing work, so pricing is anchored to the line, the site, and the outcome rather than seats.

Can we start with one train?

Yes. Most deployments begin with one bioreactor or purification skid and expand after value is proven.

What does Site include?

Site includes media and seed, culture and feed, titer and CQA sensing, harvest and purify, contamination and deviation, robotic handling, batch review, and the twin.

Are outcome terms required?

No. Outcome hybrid terms are available when both teams agree on measurement, attribution, and governance.

Designed for manufacturing value, not software seats.

"The useful unit is the train. If autonomy improves a batch, lowers deviations, and shortens review, the commercial model should follow that value."
