Culteon runs the culture. Purion runs purification. Sentira watches for trouble and clears the paperwork. Twineon simulates all of it before a single vessel is inoculated.

The ecosystem

The modules are not separate tools bolted together. They run on one bioprocess-and-CQA data network and one edge runtime, and they sell inside the same Line, Site, and Enterprise plan.

Titeon perceives
Soft sensors turn raw Raman and spectroscopy into trustworthy titer, VCD, metabolite, and CQA readings, each with a confidence and a traceable source.

Culteon and Purion act
Culteon steers the culture upstream from those readings; Purion times pooling and gradients downstream. Both write every action to a Part 11 audit trail.

Sentira assures
It fuses contamination signals live and reviews the batch by exception, clearing in-spec parameters and surfacing the deviations that need a person.

Twineon rehearses
Before any of it runs, the twin simulates the batch to spec and generates the rare failures the others train on. Validated recipes go back to the fleet.
